How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and add a card. You get full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you keep going, your plan renews monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Account > Plan & billing and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your saved reports stay readable.
What happens to my reports if my plan ends?
Your reports, photos, and PDFs stay in your account and remain downloadable. Submitting new reports needs an active plan.
Do city and county reviewers pay?
No. Municipal reviewer access is set up by StormSnap for a jurisdiction. Email support@stormsnap.app to arrange it.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Choose Explore as Guest on the sign-in screen to walk through an inspection with sample sites and generate a sample PDF on your device.
